Barn Addresses (there are actually two):

11050 Jasper Road, Lafayette /  11150 Jasper Road, Lafayette

On-Site Resident: For safety, we have a person living on site in the trailer. She does nightly barn checks and keeps an eye on the barn at night.

Fire Evacuation Plan: Depending on the escalation of the fire, safety factors, etc., horses in the south barn should be led/herded straight out to the east pasture. Horses in the north barn should be led/herded straight out to the west pasture.

Water Hydrants: There are several water hydrants on the property, in the barn and outside. While these are not pressurized hydrants, they are linked to the well and can be switched to the Left Hand water for an endless supply. There are hoses in both sides of the barns. There is a pressurized hydrant just across the street on Jasper Road, near the driveway to M & M Equestrian Center.

Nearby Fire Stations: The Mountain View Volunteer Fire Department is our first responder and is located about 1 mile away, directly southwest of us on Dobbins Run/109th, (303-772-0710).

The main Lafayette Fire Department is nearby as well, and will be called as a backup. They are located on N. 111th and Arapahoe in Lafayette, (303-665-9661).

Smoking Policy: There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING allowed on any part of the property, at any time, by anyone.
